  • Drive exceptional candidate experience, be a brand ambassador for Cradlepoint.
  • Strong understanding of technical terms & good with sourcing & creating a proactive pipeline.
  • Partner closely with critical stakeholders like Engineer Manager, Director, VP Engineering, etc.
  • Talent Advisors for all the stakeholders & provide market intel.
  • Build diverse pipelines of candidates using channels such as Linkedin, Naukri, Employee Referral & career sites.
  • Coordinate interviews & debriefs to ensure a timely response.
  • Ability to influence hiring managers & negotiate offers with the finalist candidates and provide awesome candidate experience until onboarding.
  • Make workplace fun & also build a strong trusted relationship with the team members.
  • Graduate or Post Graduate with 2 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of technology skills & hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portals, social media, networking & employee referral)
  • Strong communication & influencing skills.
  • Be a team player & must have a positive can-do attitude.
  • Must have experience in product hiring & campus hiring.
  • Must be eager to learn & have experience in the startup environment.
