Job Summary:
The Field Service Representative facilitates our Field Techs to get the job done in one visit. The FSR will use our database to carry ordering, billing, and dispatching information between different databases.
This can be dispatches to take care of a single issue or project dispatches to handle multiple issues on the same site. If needed, the escalations can be made with us or our partner teams to help solve the out of process issues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch Field Tech according to the needs of the Support Team and the customer
  • Order parts needed for field visits, as needed
  • Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled
  • Keep all tickets updated as far as scheduling and ordering information
  • Bill customer according to services and contracts terms

Skills and Experience Required:
  • Experience with spreadsheets from databases like Excel, Google Suite, and Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written communication)
  • One to three years’ experience in technical support or customer service
  • Self-motivated, with a proven ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work well as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational, time management and follow up skills.
  • Minimum requirement of Associate Degree in related fields, or equivalent customer support experience
