About the Role:

Working closely with the CEO of EMEA and helping them conduct Meeting with stake holders for the CEO, keeping each document and PPT for the CEO. EA is the single point of contact between stake holders and the CEO. As he /she would be the face of CEO while interacting with stakeholders. They should be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PPT, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • The person would be an Executive Assistant to CEO, EMEA
  • Schedule Calendar and Meetings for the CEO
  • Keep Documents, ppt etc. ready for the CEO before all the meeting
  • Additional Responsibility of Conducting Finance & OPs work for the CEO
  • Single Point of contact between CEO and all stakeholders for all appointments and meetings and other discussions
